RELAXATION AND SELF-HEALING

 

Much is written about the mind controlling the body. But what is the mind?

If neuroscientists cannot be sure, how can ordinary people like us understand what it is?

Many scientists believe that the mind is the co-ordinator of the brain, body functions, thought, mobility etc, and that everything interacts.

 

The mind and body are one.

 

The self is deemed MIND/BODY.

 

 

How does emotion affect the MIND/BODY?

 

Some emotions possess healing powers. To select these you must attune your MIND/BODY. Chemicals of emotion are released from the part of the brain behind the forehead (some say elsewhere, too).

 

To attune to your MIND/BODY life flat (if possible) and relax.

 

Once relaxed, within your self, speak to your MIND/BODY. Urge it to ease the pain - mental or physical.

Tell it where the pain exists then focus your thoughts on the area behind the forehead.

Guide the healing chemical of emotion from behind the forehead to the area of pain. Urge it to ease the pain.

There is no mystery about self-healing but it is not mastered in five minutes.

Self-healing is wonderful for managing minor pain, for relaxing and for gaining confidence.

A serious illness cannot be cured through self-healing.
